Do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking online to guarantee availability. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability at the time of your visit.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment online via our website, through our contact form, or by calling us directly.
What happens if I'm running late?
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you're running late, please notify us by calling the salon.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and a fee equal to the full cost of the treatment(s) may be applied.
- Late arrivals will be accommodated only if time allows and at the discretion of the technician.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Appointments canceled on the same day will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. Cash payments are also accepted.
Do you require deposits?
For certain services or high-demand times, we may request a deposit to secure your booking. You'll be informed at the time of booking if this applies.
Do you offer any service guarantees?
Yes, we guarantee the quality of all our treatments for 7 days after your appointment. If you experience any issues during this time (e.g., chipping, lifting), please contact us and we will offer a complimentary fix.
How does the referral program work?
When you refer a friend to Zorina Nail Studio:
- Both you and your friend will earn 3 loyalty points once their first appointment is completed.
- Simply have your friend mention your name at checkout, or fill out the referral form available in the salon.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available for purchase in-salon or online. They can be redeemed for any service or product offered at Zorina Nail Studio and make the perfect gift for any occasion.
Can I bring my pet to the salon?
For the comfort and safety of all clients, pets are not allowed in the salon, with the exception of service animals.
Is your salon accessible for clients with disabilities?
Yes, Zorina Nail Studio is fully accessible. If you need any specific assistance during your visit, please let us know when booking and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
